1. What type of payments does Pats Attic accept? Pat's Attic accepts Paypal and Money Order.
2. Do we drop ship? Sorry, but at this time Pat's Attic does not dropship.
3. Do we gift wrap? At Pats Attic, some of our inventory can be gift wrapped and a card attached. If you need this to be done please email Pat's Attic with your request or questions.
4. Is insurance offered to your customer? Yes, at Pats Attic insurance is included automatically in the cost of shipping. The insurance on your purchase provided for the product is at the discretion of coverage of the item per shipment.
5. What if my item is delivered damaged? Because alot of our items can not be duplicated and are old, it would be the responsiblity of the customer thru the carrier to seek compensation for the lost or damage under the guidelines as stated above.
6. What method of mailing do you use? I use the US Postal Service 2-3 day delivery, but if you would like and want next day air please specifiy, but if you have an account with another company and want to use them just let Pat's Attic know and we will work with you.
7. What if I change my mind and don't want what I ordered? At Pats Attic we only except returns if we mail the wrong item to you or the product is defective. All of our collectibles are as is and due to their age will have some wear.
8. Do you ship out of the United States? We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an extra fee. We do ship world wide, but the buyer is responsible for all custom regulations and fees. Please email us with any questions that you might have.
9. Do I need to do anything special before I return my purchase? Yes, you will need to email or call Pat's Attic and get an return code before you mail it back or it won't be excepted.
10. What if it takes longer then is should to get to me? Once the package is put in the mail system Pats Attic isn't responsible for the amount of time it takes to arrive.
