The First manufacturing laboratory of Avon Products in Suffern, New York.  A poignant reminder of the growth of their Company and the significant role the Avon Representative has played in that growth and this plate was made to celebrate that.

     This custom-designed Commemorative Award is made of fine procelain and trimmed with 22K gold.  It was created exclusively for Avon in honoring their Avon Rep for 10 years of service.
